What we collect and why

Account details

Your email address and sign-in identity, so we can recognise you and send order notices.

Order records

The links you picked, target URLs, content instructions, amounts and statuses. We need these to deliver and to support you.

Payment records

Balance top-ups, invoices and proforma invoices. We do not ask for card numbers in these pages.

Technical data

Basic request logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service running and to spot abuse.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records stay as long as we need them for bookkeeping and for looking back at past orders. Technical logs are kept separately.

If you ask us to close your account, we remove what we do not need to keep. Some records, such as invoices, may remain.

Cookies and sign-in

We use the small files and storage your browser needs to keep you signed in and remember basic settings. Nothing more is needed to read our guides.

You can block these in your browser. Signing in may then stop working.

Sign-in goes through Google or an email and password where offered, and we receive the identity details that method provides, such as your email address. We do not receive your Google password.

Who sees it

We do not sell your data. Service providers who host the site or process payments may handle some of it for us, under their own obligations.

Publishers whose sites host your placement see your target URL and the text of the order, because the article must be published. They do not receive your email address.

Security and changes

We protect accounts with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise that data can never be exposed.

If we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and explain what we know. Report anything suspicious through your account page.

When this policy changes, the date near the top changes with it. Large changes will also be announced in your dashboard.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Send the request through your account page.

Public pages need no sign-in. Read our terms for the rules of use, or about us for who we are.
